[This release fixes a Snapshots bug with FoCal 4.3 MR1]

This release brings support for the new Nikon Z6iii camera, improvements to MultiTest and Target Setup and a huge file size improvement for PDFs, especially Snapshot reports.

License Requirements

FoCal 4.3 is available to anyone within their Included Updates Period as of 2nd August 2024 – i.e. if you’ve bought FoCal or renewed your support less than 12 months before this date, you’re good to go.

If you don’t have support, head to www.reikanfocal.com/account and log in to purchase a further 12 months of updates for a reduced price (including full Premium features of our mobile apps when you log in)

MultiTest Surface Chart

The new 3D Surface Chart is available for all new and historic data (use the History tool to load previous results).

The chart is the first in the list, but not selected by default, so in the Detail tab, choose the chart called: Focus/Aperture Surface:

The chart will be displayed in the Chart panel with a default view which can be moved (see below).

We recommend expanding the Chart panel with the Maximise icon on the top right hand side of the Chart panel:

You can click in various places around the chart to move the view as shown below:
